“Patience is for buzzards”. Waiting around for something to croak to get
a meal, isn’t my idea of a good use of time. I have no patience. I know
I should, but I don’t. We live in a age of instant gratification where
people want what they want when they want it. I guess that was how
I came to develop the “Quick Close Home Sale System” – no patience.
Lack of Patience is my Virtue
As active real estate investors, both my wife Deb
and I took the time to educate ourselves on creative ways to purchase,
finance and rehab houses - always mindful of the seller’s best
interests. I won’t bore you with the details or my accomplishments
because at this juncture, they really don’t matter. Your time would be
better spent taking positive action to sell your home instead of
listening to me drone on about how I did this or that. What does matter
is success – repeated success. Over and over, success. You can’t argue
with it, you just can’t. And that’s what the “Quick Close Home Sale

We Hit A Big Stone Wall
Drawing on my 30 plus years of sales and marketing experience, and
having purchased almost a dozen properties in our first year as
investors, we found we had a big problem. We bought them right, we fixed
them right and then we hit a stone wall - a big stone wall. How would we
sell them? The market has come apart at the seams. Inventory levels are
high, prices are declining, property taxes have escalated, hazard
insurance has gone through the roof and buyers are scarce – very scarce.
The conventional thinkers told us there was nothing they could do; it
was the market and we just had to wait like everyone else. Easy to say
when you’re not the one making the mortgage payments. We knew we had to
do something different; and fast. We had lost control over our
investments.
Over 249 People at First Our Open House!
Our profits depend on selling properties quickly. I started looking for
other more effective ways to sell our homes. After months of research, I
developed a marketing system that combined some of the best ideas I’d
read with strategies of my own. When we tested the system for the first
time, we were shocked at the response. We received 87 phone calls in 3
days, had over 249 people at our Open House on Saturday and Sunday, had
43 people bid against each other for the right to buy the property and
signed a contract on Monday morning! It was a good thing we called some
investor friends to help with the sale; no way could we have handled the
crowd by ourselves.
