As an Owner of a real estate company, I attended one of Quick Close Consulting’s “Quick Close Home Sale Events” to see what the “buzz” was all about. When we host an open house we’re lucky to get 2 or 3 people to stop by. When we got there, there was a crowd of people in the house and the street was lined with cars. I watched for hours and they had 249 people stop in 2 days and sold the house on Monday!

We were invited to participate in a Quick Close Home Sale as the on-site mortgage broker for a 4 bedroom, 3 bath pool home in Pembroke Pines. The home had been on the market for months on end with very little action. To my pleasant surprise, on both days of the sale, we were over-whelmed with visitors coming to attend the Open House. To anyone looking to sell their home fast and easy, I highly recommend Quick Close Consulting.  I had a one-bedroom condo in downtown Fort Lauderdale that was rented out; however, I was still losing $900 a month with all the expenses.  I was on the verge of losing everything.  

I contracted with three Realtors working over an18-month period trying to sell my condo with no success.  They all told me the market was very slow and there wasn’t anything they could do to sell my condo.

My experience with Quick Close Consulting has to be the best yet. You see, my wife and I wanted to move to South Carolina to pursue other interests, but considering the current real estate market, we knew it was going to be tough to sell our home using conventional methods. Then we found Quick Close Consulting and set up a time to meet. Rick Puglisi came to our house on a Friday and told us what to expect and what we needed to do to get started. Rick asked when we wanted to sell and we set the sale date for the following weekend - it was just that easy.  We ended up selling on the Wednesday before the Open House because of the extensive marketing done by then. We only had to show the house to one person and it was sold - and a great price! Quick Close Consulting worked so well that we had to hurry to find a new home the following week. Thanks, Rick!
